Traditionally, a kilt  should reach the middle of your knee. This is considered the classic and most flattering kilt length.

Factors Affecting Kilt Length:

• Style: Military kilts tend to be slightly shorter, reaching just above the knee cap.
• Personal preference: Some people prefer a slightly longer or shorter kilt for aesthetic reasons.
• Waist height: Where you wear the kilt on your waist will influence the overall length

  Measuring for Kilt Length:

  • Kneel down with your back straight
  • Measure from the desired waistline (typically natural waist) to the floor.
  • Subtract 1 inch (2.5 cm) from this measurement to determine the correct kilt length
